Ruinuo Ductile Thin Spray Material (TSL-1)——Green and high-efficiency spray-on protective material for coal and rock mass surfaces

Product Introduction


This product is a two-component system consisting of a water-based resin solution (Component A) and an inorganic powder material (Component B).

Component A: Composed of an emulsion (~55% water content) and thickeners.

Component B: Contains ultrafine cement, nano silica fume, PP fibers, and other powdered materials.

Application:Mixed at a 1:1 weight ratio and applied using specialized pneumatic spraying equipment and spray guns.

Application Scope

  1. Thin spray for leakage and gas leakage prevention on the surface of coal mass in mining roadway of high gas mine or inflammable and high temperature coal seam mine.
  2. Surface thin spray to prevent cracking and air leakage of coal mass in important underground buildings such as main roadway and machine chamber.
  3. Rapid surface protection and support of expansive soft rock to prevent moisture erosion.
  4. Rapid thin spray support protection after roadway anchor rod mesh support.
  5. The coal seam left roadway side of the coal mine is adapted to the large deformation and sealing of harmful gases in the mined-out area.

Storage & Packaging

1. Component A is sealed in 25L plastic drums, and Component B is packaged in high-strength moisture-    proof bags. Packaging materials are not recyclable.

2.The product must be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area. Direct sunlight and rain exposure     are  strictly prohibited. The recommended storage temperature range is 5–35°C. The product has a shelf   life of 6–12 months.
