Silicate-modified polyurethane material for coal mine reinforcement (JG PU•SixOy) – Ruinuo Reinforcement Material (JG PU•SixOy)

Product Description

This product is a two-component grouting reinforcement material composed of silicate-modified polyurethane resin. Component A consists of a "aqueous solution" of nanoparticle silicate and a catalyst, while Component B is made of polymeric isocyanate and additives.

 

In compliance with the "Safety Management Regulations for Reactive Polymer Materials in Coal Mines (Trial)" and the "Supplementary Safety Technical Requirements and Safety Certification Management Plan for Reactive Polymer Materials in Coal Mines," the product has obtained the Mining Product Safety Certification (Certificate No.: MIF210072) issued by the National Safety Certification Center.

 

During on-site application, the two components are mixed at a 1:1 volume ratio using a dual-component grouting pump and a specialized mixing grouting gun. The slurry reacts rapidly, forming a high-strength, moderately flexible, and modulus-adjusted composite polymer resin solidification body with properties similar to coal and rock masses. This bonds loose and discontinuous surrounding rock into a continuous, integrated load-bearing structure, effectively restoring and enhancing the overall structural load-bearing capacity of the coal and rock mass.

This product has been granted a National Invention Patent (Patent No.:ZL201410837637.6)

Storage and Packaging

  • The product is sealed in 25L plastic or iron drums, and the packaging is non-returnable.
