Product Description

This product is an A/B two-component modified polyurethane waterproofing material (also referred to as "non-water-reactive two-component polyurethane waterproofing material").Component A primarily consists of polyether polyol, catalysts, and other additives.Component B is mainly composed of polymeric MDI and other constituents.In compliance with the "Safety Management Regulations for Reactive Polymer Materials in Coal Mines (Trial)" and the "Supplementary Safety Technical Requirements and Safety Certification Management Plan for Reactive Polymer Materials in Coal Mines", the product has obtained the Mining Product Safety Certification (Certificate No.: MIF210098) issued by the National Safety Certification Center.

The two components are mixed at a fixed 1:1 volume ratio and injected into water-leaking fissures or cavities in coal/rock masses using a specialized pneumatic grouting pump and mixing gun. Upon injection, the material undergoes rapid reaction, expansion, and bonding, effectively sealing water leakage channels in the surrounding rock.
